A: While TimberDocs cannot offer refunds for document products due to their customization, we are committed to working with all customers to ensure 100% satisfaction. A: TimberDocs is pleased to accept money orders, checks, PayPal, bank deposits and all major credit cards. Cash is also accepted if delivered to us by the customer or pre-authorized by a member of our sales team.

A: With so many cities and counties developing unique licensing and application processes, it would be too difficult for TimberDocs to offer customizable licensing materials at the local level. We would be happy to introduce you to our sister company, Point Seven Group, specializing in custom applications for local licensing processes.

A: Once your payment is received, we will request Company information so we can tailor your documents. These questions can be answered by phone or via our online Q&A submission form. Once we receive these answers from the Customer, TimberDocs enters the production phase and will be delivered to you via email in 7-10 business days. Need your Docs faster? We work with our clients to ensure that TimberDocs don’t live in your email or in a binder—we want to help each customer use these documents in day-to-day operations so you can stay compliant, become more efficient and productive, and meet or exceed all cannabis State licensing requirements.
